    • The engine lays out plan options against the brief, and we choose and refine them with you. Massing, courtyards, shade and circulation are settled here, in days rather than weeks.

    • The chosen scheme becomes one solved model. Over 200 automated gates check it against the standards; a sheet that carries a defect stays blocked until the model is fixed, not until the drawing is touched up.
